C-Vibez indoor grow review by Antonio
C-Vibez feminised seeds grow report
This grow of 4 Dutch Passion C-Vibez seeds comes from Antonio. C-Vibez is a sativa dominant hybrid feminised cannabis seed variety. THC levels have been recorded around 23% in C-Vibez, classifying her as one of the select group of elite ‘extremely high THC seeds’. The seeds were grown by Antonio with LED grow lights in 25 litre airpots with BioTabs and B.A.C nutrients. The full grow review, phenotype descriptions and technical grow details are below.

Feedback and comments from the C-Vibez grow
C-Vibez seeds germination
Germination was fast. Within 3.5 days the seeds had all germinated and formed decent size root tips. Some of them were already about 8-10cm long. Others more around 4-5 cm, the perfect length to transplant.
C-Vibez vegetative phase (18/6 light)
Plants were pre-grown under LED for about 3.5 weeks. They were then transplanted into 25L Airpots in which they stayed in the vegetative phase for another 3.5 weeks. During vegetative growth with 18 hours of daily light all the plants showed massive fan leaves. Growth was very bushy and compact.
There was 1 phenotype that was already more Sativa leaning during veg growth, this eventually became the biggest plant. The plants grew relatively quickly and they filled the tent quite nicely within a few weeks after transplanting. There was no need to wait any longer to switch the clock to bloom conditions.
C-Vibez bloom/flowering period (12/12 light)
The plants had to be thoroughly stripped after 1 week of flowering. They had a beautiful packed green canopy, but it was time to open them a bit up. After 2 full weeks of 12/12 none of the plants were showing any preflowers. The ladies showed quite some stretch during the first 3 weeks of flowering.
After about 4 weeks of 12/12 light the plants stop stretching (apart from the longer flowering phenotype) and you could see the resin development starting at that moment. After 5 weeks, flower development is at full speed with a good internodal distance. Most of the plants tend to be pretty sticky by this point. The fastest phenotype, which was harvested after about 10 weeks of bloom, is covered in resin.
3 weeks later, after about 56 days, 3 of the 4 plants are still completely covered in white hairs. Only #1, the fastest pheno had some orange pistils. This was the moment this particular pheno was about to get flushed.
After 11 weeks of 12/12 the others were still not ready. It took between 12 and 13 weeks for the 2 plants in the middle to be ready and to be cut. The longest flowering phenotype took 14 weeks. By comparison the fastest one was cut at about 10 weeks.
The differences in phenotypes are very visible in the flowering time and the visible bud structure of the plants. The longest flowering plant was very sweet, with a more candy-like aroma, at the end of her cycle she smelled sweet like bubblegum.
C-Vibez harvest report
Final height: Most plants were between 75-110 cm in size, nice and big plants. One was a bit more compact, one a bit longer and 2 were medium in size. One of the two medium sized plants looked liked she had been fimmed (i.e. had the growing tip removed, resulting in a bushier structure) but this happened naturally without topping or fimming. She had a full bouquet of flowers and had a beautiful stature/appearance.
Calyx-leaf ratio (Easy trim/yes or no): Yes and No. Some phenotypes were OK to trim and quite compact. Others were very Sativa dominant with a more fluffy open bud structure. This makes trimming a bit harder and more time consuming. However the quality was absolutely worth it.
Quality (Resin/Smell/Compactness): All plants look very resinous. In general the aroma can be best described as sweet, fruity, flowery, little hazy mixed with pine and pepper. Differences can occur per phenotype. They all have sativa dominant bud structure with foxtails. Two of them were still pretty compact, two others were a bit more open and fluffy. Some may show purple hues/colour in the buds.
Yield: Total yield was almost 438 grams of dry buds from 4 plants. The biggest plant yielded almost 143 gr (#4, the biggest plant). The runner up was the longest flowering one with 129 grams (#2, taking 14 weeks in bloom). Plant #3 produced 102 grams. The fastest flowering plant had the lowest yield, about 64 grams in total.
Remarks after curing: Drying was done is a slightly unstable environment where the humidity (sometimes referred to as %RH or LV%) could reach levels close to 40% during early drying. This negatively affected the flowers that were drying first. They became a bit too dry in my opinion. The other that followed were dried in a more stable drying environment of about 50% LV. After drying and curing, the plants had a more fruity aroma, with hints of pine and citrus. Some of them with a hazy twist.

Observations and tips to grow C-Vibez
C-Vibez is definitely a more Sativa leaning hybrid than an Indica dominant. All the plants show traits that belong more to a Sativa. All plants have big and sturdy stems. Most branches were strong enough to support themselves despite the big and chunky flowers. All plants show a Sativa dominant bud structure that is prone to foxtailing.
The C-Vibez plants coped very well with slightly higher humidity levels (than optimal) during flowering. None of them showed any budrot or fungus, even though humidity levels sometimes reached levels close to 75%. C-Vibez doesn’t need a lot of veg pre-growth to become pretty big, her stretch is quite strong and she can definitely be interesting in a SCROG setup. Her buds are covered in resin and have a beautiful Sativa structure.
The high is also quite uplifting and energetic. This makes her a nice strain to smoke during the day or when you are having party or social gathering. Overall, this was a pleasure to grow with high end results in aroma, appearance and effects. Highly recommended!
